We created a recognizable brand and used modern communication tools that would speak to our young target. 3D animations, 3D tour and Revo fits our target’s profile and the size and design of the building.

The american analogy
The renovation of this former industrial site is key. We found that the analogy to Brooklyn, New York, was perfect. It symbolizes the transformation of an abandoned post-industrial sector into a famous hipster and trendy place.

Our feedback
The collaboration between our team and our partners went really smoothly. Everything was ready for the big conference they had when they were able to present the project for the first time to the public. It is still in the early phases of the commercialization but we can already say that the campaign is successful as the sales started up really well.
